Invariably, most managers request that the vast majority of their rooms in their respective block be equipped with rooms consisting of two double beds and a pull out sofa. This is not always possible, so hotel management will assign rooms in an equitable fashion where each team staying at the hotel will receive some rooms (based on availability)consisting of two double beds and a pull out sofa and some that are equipped with a king size bed and a pull out sofa. Our experience has been that often times the king size bed and pull out sofa room type is preferred for families of four or less due to the comfort that the king provides for two adults when compared to the standard double bed.
Parking Fees for the attached parking garage at the Embassy Suites Downtown have been waived for guests of Hockey Time. Upon check in, the front desk will issue a complimentary self parking pass, one per room, with in/out privledges. The parking garage has a 6 ft. clearance.
Cancellation Policy: All individual reservations will have a 72 hour cancellation policy. All cancellations and or modifications of room nights must be made no later than the Tuesday at 5:00 pm for those teams arriving on Friday. For teams arriving on Thursday reservations would need to be cancelled by 5:00 pm on Monday. Late cancellations or "no shows" will be charged for 1 room night + tax. Early departures will result in a $75.00 charge.
