Hotel Information, Policies and Procedures
Hockey Time Productions has secured blocks of rooms at various hotels
for our “Out Of Town” guests and earns commission on these bookings. As
a condition of acceptance, all “Out Of Town” teams (defined as having a
home rink that is greater than 75 miles from the primary tournament
arena) are obligated to stay at an authorized “Hockey Time” hotel at the
listed “Hockey Time” rate. Furthermore, a minimum total of 18 room
nights are required. Keep in mind that a “room night” is defined as “1
room for 1 night. In other words, 9 rooms booked for 2 nights would
equate to 18 total room nights. Hotel reservations may be secured by
submitting Hockey Time’s “ROOMING
LIST” form to the Hockey Time office. The ROOMING LIST form can be
downloaded at
http://itshockeytime.com/documents/RoomingListForm.doc. If you don't
have Microsoft Word, a free viewer can be downloaded from the Microsoft
